Display a list of options the user can select. You can set a form field property that enables the user to Shift-click to select multiple items on the list. Radio buttons. Present a group of choices from which the user can select only one item. All radio buttons with the same name work together as a group.

Position the pointer where you want to place the field, and click to insert it.
Name the field and designate who is to fill it in or sign it. To set its properties, such as the border color, fill, font, and typeface size, double-click the field. To preview your changes, click Preview in the upper-right corner. Click Edit to in the upper-right corner to switch back to the edit mode.
To distribute the form and collect responses, see Distribute Adobe Acrobat Sign forms. However, you can extend the rights of a PDF to allow these users to save form data. Unlike earlier versions of Reader, Reader XI and higher versions of Reader include both the Add Text tool and the ability to save form data.
Acrobat users can type in non-fillable forms, add comments, and digitally sign PDFs without extending special rights. If you are editing the form, click the cross icon next to the Preview button in the upper-right corner. The JavaScript language lets you create interactive web pages. The most common uses for JavaScript in Acrobat forms are formatting, calculating, validating data, and assigning an action.
The form may not function properly when viewed in Acrobat Reader unless additional usage rights are added to the PDF. File paths in Acrobat JavaScript: www. You receive an email from Acrobat Sign which states that the documents are sent to the first user for signature. The first user also receives an email to sign the document.
When the user adds his or her signature in the Signature field, and then click the Click to sign button, the document is sent to the next user for signature and so on. Create New. Click Start. Add text to the PDF document. I love this app. Those who gave it low stars obviously dont know what they are doing. You can add the text box anywhere on the document which is awesome. I do wish it was a bit easier to adjust the line up of the boxes where you want them but if you hold the box it brings up a magnifier to see where to line it up.
This is the easiest app for signing and filling out pdf forms. I have not found one easier. Seems simple enough.

But that's where the easiness wears off. For whatever reason, for every single spot on a document you have to redo the size of the block otherwise you will type right over words directly on the document. As a new hire I have upwards of 50 documents to fill out so this would take me weeks with this app.
No thanks. Signing and filling date directly over the PDF works well. The PDF file usually generated for printing purposes only can even be edited is a good idea. If this tool has a highlighting function too, would be even better.
